As a service provider, the company GrosFichiers Sàrl guarantee that access to file content transiting through its systems is treated as strictly confidential information, access to which is forbidden to any person exterior to the company, except under conditions defined by law.
The company set up appropriate measures to ensure respect of confidentiality, as is customary in the profession. It can not be held responsible for any failure beyond its control, such as malicious action or deliberate attack of its IT systems by third parties.
By uploading files, users become responsible for their dissemination. Be aware that illicit exchange of recordings and protected works as well as pirating are harmful to artistic creation. In addition, non-compliance with laws may lead to prosecution and conviction. Any negligence or rights-holders' complaint will lead to permanent deletion of the litigious file. By using this service (i.e. uploading or downloading a file), you declare having read and accepted the present terms and conditions.
Users are responsible for the contents they upload. They must hold the intellectual property rights required to do so, including the rights of reproduction, representation and dissemination in relation to Internet, for a period established beforehand.
GrosFichiers is a free service enabling to transfer at once files up to 10 GB with a simple web browser. The service works as intermediary between the sender and recipient, to whom a downloading link is provided by email. Uploaded files are stored on the company servers until download.
The maximum size per sending is 10 GB, for up to 300 files at a time. The files remain on the company servers during 14 days maximum.
In no event could the company be liable for a loss of data.
We reserve the right to interrupt the service for maintenance, upgrades or system capacity increase, among other reasons. In such case, interruption is limited to a maximum of 24 hours, except in the case of force majeure.
We endeavour to ensure 7 days a week, 24 hours a day service accessibility, but are under no obligation to do so. The company shall not be held responsible for interruptions, even exceeding 24 hours, or their consequences for users.
Users declare being fully aware of Internet characteristics and constraints. In particular, they acknowledge that data and information transfers via Internet rely on the technical characteristics of the multiple networks they circulate on and that this can lead to disrupted or blocked access, at times.
Users confirm accepting these risks.
The company does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or that it is free of errors. However, users are entitled to expect a professional execution of the service.

The rights and obligations arising out of or in connection to the present Terms and Conditions shall be construed, governed, interpreted and enforced according to Swiss laws. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to any subject matter relating to the present Terms and Conditions will be the courts located in Sion, Switzerland, unless stipulated otherwise by mandatory Swiss or international laws. You waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in the Swiss courts.
